We're ready to get your truck on the road and money in your pocket. Here's a checklist of what you need to get started if you own a truck or fleet.


Please note only complete one or the other form below in order to start your partnership with us.       *If you have already have your own authority but wish to run PORT LOADS with Master Dispatch, you will need to lease on with us!

Lease on to MDL's Authority
Online Carrier Packet
  • An Active Authority
  • Qualified driver(s)
  • 3 References
  • Copy of CDL for each driver being dispatched
  • Proof of insurance naming Master Dispatch & Logistics as a certificate holder
  • $1,000,000 in auto-liability & $100,000 in cargo coverage
  • Truck & trailer combo
  • May Require a Security deposit that will be applied towards your last week of service (for Dispatch Only)
  • Must be Factorable
  • No FreightGuard or Carrier 411 reports in the last 18 months

We're eager to help you connect with a Fleet or Truck/Trailer owner looking for an eligible driver. Here's a checklist of what you need to be added to our Driver Pool. We'll contact you if we find a company to match you with.
