We're ready to get your truck on the road and money in your pocket. Here's a checklist of what you need to get started if you own a truck or fleet.
Please note only complete one or the other form below in order to start your partnership with us. *If you have already have your own authority but wish to run PORT LOADS with Master Dispatch, you will need to lease on with us!
If you own one or more trucks and are ready to get started BUT you do not have your own Authority and/or insurance, start here to lease on to MDL. It should take no more than 5 mins to complete.
If you're looking for dispatch services only, start here. This is your Official Carrier agreement. Here you will fill out your w9, Upload your CDL, etc. This form will take 5-10 mins to complete.
